How it works

I will come to you. Training can be done in your back yard, your local park, home/apartment gym, front porch -wherever really- making it easy and accessible. I will provide all equipment needed including resistance bands, weights and mats. Sessions are generally 1 hour though this can be changed for your needs.

Price

$80-$120 per session

This is dependant on whether you will train solo or in a pair, and also based on your locality

What to expect

First Session

  • 1 hour session

  • A posture and movement pattern revision

  • Fundamental concept and technique intro

  • A half-hour workout based on the strategy we have established

  • A stretch and review, structuring an ongoing training plan

Ongoing regular Training

  • Hour long workouts based on your needs, goals and athletic capabilities

  • Optional written workouts to do as extra outside of your PT sessions

  • Constant support and dialogue on improving your technique, health and fitness

A note of recommendation

I encourage doing 3x trainings or movements a week. This does not need to be with me, it could be 1 or 2 with me and the other could be doing any other intentional movement with a level of intensity such as playing sports, going for a hike, swimming, yoga, bike riding, running, rock climbing etc.

From experience, people who engage in conscious and intentional movement and exercise will see the best results with this amount of effort. More the merrier though it’s great to have rest days. Every workout does not need to be super intense… rather intentional.

With our training you will develop core and postural muscles, improve mobility, strength and cardiovascular abilities. This will then carry through to any other form of exercise you do, further activating correct postural muscles, building your metabolism and developing your body awareness and ability.
