Social Distancing rules applied, limited to 6 people per group & no sharing equipment

The Classes:
Core + Cardio
45 minute session, using a combo of core and cardio exercises for abs-of-steel and get the good good heart-rate training benefits (eg. weight loss, increased VO2 capacity, vegas nerve stimulation, breathe training, spiked metabolic rate)
Functional Strength + Sprint Training
45 minute session, starting with free-weight & body-weight exercises targeted to improve postural muscles, core-connection and movement. We then finish the session with a 15 minute sprint training (or HIIT if running is not an option for you). These sessions will shape and condition your body to move more efficiently and develop full body control
Mobility + Athletics, Sweat Session
75 minute session, starting with “flow” movement, leading into mobility exercises to prepare and condition the body. We then begin the athletics training, where we focus on 1-2 different components of athleticism and train hard. Expect a sweat session while you develop our skills
